ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WFRV) – The Ashwaubenon Museum’s annual History at the Park event took place on Thursday evening, teaching local attendees about the past.
The program invited residents to the Community Center’s Grand Park Room, with multiple presenters giving historical context and details on some of those who influenced the Ashwaubenon that exists today.
From a presentation on former State Senator and Village Trustee Jerome Van Sistine and stories about the National Railroad Museum, the event featured plenty for young and old alike.
The proceeds from the event went directly to the Ashwaubenon Historical Society, ensuring the preservation of the village’s past for generations to come.
