OAK GROVE, Wis. (WFRV) – A 42-year-old Wisconsin man was pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital following a crash into a semi-truck on Friday morning.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office reported that deputies were dispatched to the scene of a crash involving a semi and another car on County Highway A/I around 10:10 a.m. Friday in Oak Grove.

The preliminary details show that a silver 2012 Buick Regal was northbound on County Highway A/I and failed to execute a slight right-handed curve and entered the southbound lane, crashing into a white 2023 International semi-truck with a trailer.
The semi came to a halt across both traffic lanes with the Buick against a tree on the eastern half of the road. The Buick driver, identified as a 42-year-old Watertown man, was extricated and flown to a Milwaukee hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The semi driver was identified as a 50-year-old from Illinois who incurred minor injuries.
