GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Police Department has issued a statement in response to cell phone videos circulating on social media showing an arrest at Bay Beach Amusement Park on Thursday.
According to police, the arrest followed a report of a suspicious person who allegedly made uncomfortable comments to a park employee and caused fear.

During the encounter, officers determined an arrest was necessary. The suspect reportedly resisted, and force was used to take him into custody.
The individual, identified as 38-year-old John Alexander, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. Per department policy, all use-of-force incidents are reviewed for policy compliance.
